Fresh off its successful debut, the Machine is back with its second iteration, offering riders an even lighter and more advanced experience. The Machine V2 builds upon the groundbreaking big-air platform introduced last year, taking it to new heights. The leading edge material has been revamped, resulting in reduced weight and improved height and hangtime. Additionally, the wingtip is super responsive, and the efficient aspect ratio ensures riders can soar even higher.
The Machine V2 has undergone significant optimization, designed to propel your riding to the next level. One of the key advancements is the all-new leading edge material, which not only reduces weight but also enhances performance. While maintaining its incredible frame geometry, the Machine continues to deliver exceptional upward propulsion. Its highly efficient aspect ratio has been specifically tuned to launch riders to impressive heights and air times without compromising rapid reaction speed and turning ability.
The goal of the Machine V2 is to enable riders of all skill levels to achieve personal height records using a kite boasting endless big-air capability.
At Slingshot, extensive testing and research are always underway to develop new materials. In line with this, a lighter and more rigid Dacron has been incorporated in the leading edge and struts, surpassing the quality of our previous frames.
The Machine V2 showcases proprietary kite geometry meticulously crafted by our renowned design team. This secret shape and profile have unlocked the potential for attaining personal-record heights and extended hang times.
To enhance overall performance, we have significantly reduced canopy paneling compared to previous kite models. This reduction not only decreases the weight of the kite but also promotes a more aerodynamic canopy profile.
By removing pulleys, riders will experience direct and immediate kite control. Our ultra-thin and static bridle lines contribute to reduced drag, ensuring a streamlined bridle system.
We've also upgraded our patented One Pump system. The tube diameters have been increased to optimize airflow, while their repositioning ensures streamlined durability.
With its five struts, the Machine V2 offers exceptional stability and rigidity, vital for high-performance big-air boosting and extreme wind conditions. The hybrid geometry provides an impressive wind range, allows for instant water relaunch, and provides limitless potential for boosting.
Crafted from Teijin 4x4 reinforced ripstop nylon, the Machine V2 features the strongest, stiffest, and most durable canopy available. This material ensures your kite will last longer and feels more stable in gusty winds.
The Machine V2 boasts different attachment points integrated into the kite, granting riders the ability to fine-tune handling, power, and performance based on their riding style and the specific conditions of each session.
