This is a unique design where their designers have combined elements of Flat Delta and Bow shapes. The Hybrid Delta Bow utilizes the best of both worlds and produces the most versatile and user-friendly kite they have ever created. This shape serves as a platform for all activities, from excellent hangtime to incredible kiteloops, unhooked pop, slack, and pivotal turning.

The weight of the kite is reduced, resulting in enhanced performance. Thanks to the kite's compact shape and high-quality materials, it achieves an optimal strength-to-weight ratio and canopy tension with only three struts.

With the introduction of TerTex material, the Dacron frame has undergone a complete redesign. A durable Dacron leading edge and wintip reinforcements form the foundation of all CrazyFly kites. The heavy-duty Dacron frame ensures the best strength-to-weight ratio, making the kite more rigid, sturdy, and durable. This leads to exceptional flight stability, responsive reactions to rider input, and explosive boosts.

TerTex material is utilized in all 2023 CrazyFly kites. It is twice as strong as their Triplex triple ripstop while being forty percent lighter than the Dacron material used. TerTex is applied to all side struts, wingtips, and the central strut of CrazyFly kites, significantly reducing the kite's weight. Lighter kites offer improved low-end performance, increased speed through the air, easier relaunch, and quicker turns. TerTex also expands the wind range, allowing the lighter kite to fly in lighter winds.

CrazyFly proudly introduces Triplex, an advanced ripstop material exclusive to their brand. Triplex possesses the best strength-to-weight ratio in the market and unparalleled durability with its triple coating. The coating protects the fabric from UV rays, salt, and abrasive elements such as sand. The triple coating and three ripstop yarns ensure minimal elongation and deterioration of the material.

TerTex is twice as strong as their Triplex triple ripstop and forty percent lighter than the Dacron material used. It is applied to all struts and wingtips of all 2022 CrazyFly kites, significantly reducing their weight. Lighter kites offer superior low-end performance, increased speed, easier relaunch, and quicker turns.

They are extremely proud to have achieved over 98% of their product packaging from recycled paper. Over the past few years, they have put in great effort to replace almost all plastic packaging with paper. All kites and boards are packaged without plastic and come in recyclable boxes.

Arptex, a highly durable polyamide textile, sits at the top of the list for abrasion resistance. This technologically advanced fabric, produced in Italy, can withstand significant abuse without damage. It can endure 100,000 contacts with an abrasive surface before showing signs of deterioration. That's why they selected Arptex as the most suitable material to protect their kites in areas prone to abuse and increased the size of the Arptex Shields.

The new 2023 Sculp is a kite that excels in multiple disciplines, providing a sporty feel. It is a true all-round performer, whether you enjoy old school tricks, freestyle, kite loops, big air, or foiling.

The Sculp adopts a Hybrid Delta Bow shape, combining the benefits of both Delta and Bow designs. This shape makes it the most versatile and user-friendly kite they have ever created. It offers exceptional hangtime, amazing kite loops, unhooked pop, slack, and pivotal turning.

For this year, they have fine-tuned the Sculp to work harmoniously with the new Savvy bar. The bridle system has undergone a complete revamp, resulting in lighter bar pressure, enhanced stability, and faster turning. The new bridle introduces two additional attachment points to the leading edge on each side of the kite. The first attachment near the wingtip is mainly active during relaunches, allowing the kite to easily fly up on the edge of the window. The second attachment point, connected to the steering flying line, strengthens the wingtip structure, providing greater stability in gusty conditions and when overpowered. This attachment line also offers two settings for the kite: soft and hard. The soft setting decreases bar pressure, promotes slower turns, and offers a more forgiving feel. On the hard setting, bar pressure increases, the kite becomes more responsive and sporty, and turns faster.

The combination of the new Savvy bar and the redesigned bridle ensures constant feedback and control of the kite, empowering riders with complete command. The Sculp exhibits gradual power delivery and smooth sheeting. It inspires confidence in performing kite loops with improved loop recovery and a more pivotal turning radius.

The Sculp's low-end performance is truly impressive, thanks to the implementation of TerTex material. TerTex replaces Dacron in strategic areas, resulting in a stronger kite structure while maintaining a lighter overall weight. This optimized weight expands the wind range and enhances the Sculp's low-end capabilities. In essence, the Sculp truly does it all.
